Since 1983 the Parkside Historic Preservation Corporation has been working hard to show Philadelphia and the world Parkside’s enormous potential. PHPC has attracted significant new investment that will contribute to making the area great for its citizens, a landmark for Philadelphia.

Today with an entire row of restored, historic mansions, and numerous organizations and institutions partnering with PHPC, funding new, exciting initiatives every day, it is clear that Parkside's bright future is quickly becoming a reality!
